Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

All of our press-on nails are handmade and made-to-order. We typically require 3–5 business days to carefully craft your set before shipping. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)

We deliver island-wide using Sri Lanka Express Courier.

  • Express Courier: Rs.200 (2–3 business days after dispatch) – FREE on orders over Rs.10,000
International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship to any country using trusted carriers.

  • Standard: $10 USD — 6–27 business days (FREE on orders over $100)
  • Express (EMS): $22 USD — 3–7 business days (FREE on orders over $200)

✈️ Customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and may vary.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • While we do our best to ship on time, Nails by Vee is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has left our workshop, including delays due to customs clearance or courier-related issues.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery cost.

  • For any lost parcels, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
