Refund and Returns Policy

At Nails by Vee, each set of press-on nails is handcrafted and made-to-order with love and care. Because of the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction once your order has been processed.

We will only offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the product and original packaging showing the issue

  • Ensure the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

We will assess your request within 2–3 business days and let you know the outcome. If approved, we’ll arrange either a refund or a replacement set.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements for:
  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong nail size (please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order)

  • Minor variations or imperfections due to the handmade nature of each set

  • General wear and tear after use

  • Delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item is eligible for a refund or replacement, please email us at hello@nailsbyvee.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Final Notes

All refund and replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Nails by Vee reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria above.
